Unoccupied Home With Mold

Large growth of mold in basement

This home in Chambersburg PA was effected by a large growth of mold. The home was unoccupied for several months and without a controlled climate causing moisture to build up and cause mold growth in the lower level of the home as shown in the photos. 

SERVPRO of Chambersburg hired an indoor environmental specialist to conduct air quality sample in all areas of the home. The result were positive for mold in the basement and the main level. 

SERVPRO was able to complete the mold remediation and had the air quailty re-tested and the results were negitive.
