Mold Remediation due to lack of bathroom fan.
This property had mold develop due to lack of the bathroom fan. The recommendation was for the bathroom to be completely demoed however the elderly occupants couldn't under go that due it's their only bathroom. We develop another solution to buy them some time till they were about to do it the correct way. Everything was cleaned down with HEPA vacuumed and antimicrobial then the walls were sealed and painted.
