From the beginning our first steps in most losses is to remove the contents, if they are affected our team members will clean them back to preloss condition. After the contents are removed we will work on the structure, inspecting what is wet and what is not. Depending on the types of materials we will remove what is not salvageable and leave what can remain to dry. That's when our air equipment will come in and do their job to dry out the structure, if it is a fire claim we will remove the affected materials. After the structure is completely demoed and dry we will coordinate the repairs from start to finish including electric, plumbing, floors, drywall so we can make the repair process less of a headache for you.
