After a heavy rain this homeowners sump pump stopped working causing their basement to flood.

After a heavy rain our phone begin to ring and they may not stop for a few day. We have noticed that after a heavy rain or several days of rain that homeowners experience flooded basements. Unfortunately, some homeowners are not covered by their insurance company for ground water or flooded basement due to a storm event.
